Jacqueline Van Bochove is an admitted and practiced attorney and an admitted and practiced advocate with decades of experience in fiduciary, estate, and legally intensive matters. She holds a BJuris degree, a post graduate LLB Degree as well as a Post Graduate Advanced Diploma in Administration of Deceased Estates and Trust Administration (UFS). She has 14 years of service as a Director of a Specialised Fiduciary Firm. She has worked extensively with intensely legal complex family structures, trusts, companies, and sensitive succession planning. Her work focuses on independent legal opinion, fiduciary risk assessment, and principled decision-making in high-stakes environments. Jacqueline now operates independently, providing senior advisory support, rollout planning, and mentoring to individuals, families, and professional infrastructures where judgment, integrity, and relational insight are critical.
