Process

Whitewood Fiduciary provides structured implementation and support options designed to preserve independence, clarity and ethical integrity throughout the decision-making process.

The approach is deliberately staged, ensuring that judgment, advice and execution remain appropriately separated.

Advisory and Rollout Planning

Each engagement begins with independent advisory input and structured planning. This includes:

  • A written legal and fiduciary opinion
  • Identification of legal and relational risk

This stage establishes clarity before any implementation takes place and provides a considered roadmap forward.

Mentoring Existing Infrastructure

Where clients already have fiduciary structures or professional advisors in place, Whitewood Fiduciary is able to mentor and guide that infrastructure on a scoped basis.  This may include working alongside trustees, internal fiduciary staff and professional advisors.

The focus is on ensuring that decisions are implemented correctly, ethically and in alignment with the original advisory intent.

Referral Where Execution Is Required

Where independent implementation capacity is required, Whitewood Fiduciary may refer matters to established and trusted fiduciary service providers with whom there is an existing professional relationship, or alternatively to the client’s service provider of choice.  This approach ensures appropriate separation of advice and execution, transparency and professional continuity.
